Each project is developed under clear creative stewardship and licensed exclusively from the Juan Aurelio IP Trust. Our works emerge slowly, and only when they are ready. We value longform thought, narrative integrity, and a creative voice unswayed by market trends or algorithms.

We do not accept external commissions. We do not operate as an agency. We are a publishing house devoted to a singular canon and its audience: those who seek meaning in the marrow.

Drawing on a background in psychology, linguistics, and esoteric study, Juan’s writing distills pattern from chaos, invites coherence from silence, and speaks with uncommon intimacy to the seeker, the wanderer, and the quietly watchful.

Legal & Fiduciary Structure

Juan Aurelio LLC is organized under the authority of the C&K Enterprise Trust, a North Carolina-based express trust established to support publishing, consulting, and fiduciary innovation. The company operates as a licensed distributor of intellectual property held by the Juan Aurelio IP Trust, which is independently administered.

All titles, writings, and symbols associated with Juan Aurelio are corpus property of the IP Trust. The LLC holds an exclusive license to commercialize these works, and revenue flows follow a structured agreement authorized by resolution.

Ownership and control of the LLC is recorded in trust, and business operations are coordinated through Covenant Ledger Group, the administrative and compliance engine of the broader Enterprise Trust system.

We believe in transparent trust structures. We believe creative works can be protected and distributed through ethical, non-extractive systems. And we believe that well-documented entities with principled contracts should be the new standard.
